Project description
This is one of the projects that Villaescusa feels a special affection.
Having been reformed entirely by Villaescusa both execution, design and rehabilitation of its facilities.
The initial idea was to unite all existing buildings with the same idea.
The project design and implementation was divided into several performances:
– Reform of the façade made of decorative sandwich panelling. Not forgetting the curtain wall which gives a touch of elegance and modernity that such facilities deserve.
– Reforming the cafeteria being made with elements and art materials like wood but without losing the warmth it provides.
– Reforming of the Offices: The most important part was the reception, to try and unite the three symbolic elements of the company: the warehouse and the heart of the business, where products will go on sale exposed, cafeteria and finally the commercial office.
Note that in the reception, the ceiling has been replaced with a removable skylight made by polycarbonate translucent colour supplied by Compoplast Villaescusa. This element provides light and clarity to the reception. All this without forgetting the elegance of the curtain wall and the warmth of wood.
– Providing brightness in the central warehouse to expose or store farm products of the highest quality. They have opened new windows and recovered the floor of the warehouse.
– Other alterations performed by Villaescusa were: parking, sidewalks and gardens, plus new loading and unloading areas.
In review, a complete change in the corporate image that guarantees the success of this important undertaking.
