The longitudinal axis of the building north-south , parallel to the highway , organizes the spine of the rooms , oriented to the south and the views over the harbor and the city. Inpatient units are located on a covered passable as a terrace garden on two levels, in addition to being used by some units of general support , it contains the new health-related and leisure programs. General access Boulevard , is a non- heated transition between exterior and interior shade house , which clarifies the position of the air and host information . The boulevard and public open spaces are covered by a mesh fabric taut skin on metal tubular structure, which acts as a sunscreen and gives a unique identity to the new Hospital. The organic form of the mesh and establish a semantic color shades with mountains of landscape context.
